July 17 | Yesterday I lucked out by getting the crew car to go to a hotel. I checked online and saw ads for $60 to $140 a night for a room, so I went down to the Holiday Inn Express and was shocked that the rate was actually over $250 a night.

July 16 | It’s Friday, and I’m just now starting my Oshkosh/Brodhead blog. My, how time flies.

July 30 | This will be the epilogue to my trip to Oshkosh and back. It will cover a few days home since I’m writing it Thursday morning after arriving home Monday around noon.

July 29 | Today will be the last day of my trip. I can’t wait to be home.

July 28 | I woke up today feeling much better after two doses of Paxlovid and eleven hours of sleep.

July 27 | Just when you think things are going just great, some complication always seems to pop up.
